BTech Training and Projects

We founded Blackbuck Engineers & Company as an alternative to traditional training and as a new way of having innovative, effective and practical training delivered at a low cost.
We handhold students from year 1 to year 4 to help them gain skills needed for the industry. We guide the student in communication skills, aptitude, reasoning, basic skills needed in programming, extensive knowledge of complex algorithms, data structures and resume building and create a platform for placements through Blackbucks campus placements help.
We are now servicing CSE and ECE enginees or any post-graduate professional in the lines of computer science or electronics.Our key focus is to build practical technical skills by putting them to rigorous training schedule in 4th year thereby helping them develop commercial projects. We help the student to go through entire life cycle and help him/her do documentation at every step – just like how it is done in a CMMI organization. We will later put our marketing team to help sell the product in the market. What more!! when the student develops a product that is in the market…that is real training.Blackbucks is a place a student is well-rounded and ready for placements. When someone hires from Blackbucks Finishing School, they have an experienced hand ready for contribution.

Their engagement contributes directly to the our program's success and many of their companies also hire Blackbucks, fund research and participate in integration projects and other learning experiences.
We boast the largest network of its kind, and it only grows in size and influence with each graduating class. Our network around the world support the program enthusiastically, and many return to campus frequently to participate in events and to mentor students. Alumni also provide networking assistance to students seeking internships, and many hire Blackbucks for full-time positions.
Beyond knowing how work is done and innovation fostered in the big companies, there would be many lessons or takeaways from the lectures.
We have collected the takeaways from out previous students. For some people, the take away would be about understanding the realities of a very serious issue that number of people would face. There are more people in the world who have access to data on their cell phones than have access to running water and sanitation in their homes. For other people it was about innovation and how the principles of human-centered design can be applied to solving real business problems. For some, the takeaway would be the continuing refinement of ideas, to better focus on the actual problems they are trying to solve, and the people who are going to benefit from them..its about designing something useful and practical for the people who are ultimately going to benefit from it, and taking their actual needs into account.
